There are six group discussion rooms available for 6, 8, 12, and 36 people respectively.
Regular hours:
- Monday to Friday 9:00 - 20:00
- Saturday and Sunday 9:00 - 16:00
- Winter and summer vacation 09:00 - 15:30 (Closed for national holidays. Please read the "Important Notice" of the library website for the opening hours in the winter and summer vacations).
Application time:Monday to Friday 8:30 - 20:00; Saturday and Sunday 8:30 - 16:00. Please apply to the circulation desk on the second floor.
Application method: This area provides group registration for more than 3 people, and the time of each use is limited to 2 hours. The booking is available within 2 weeks. One group is allowed to use once a day. If the booking is not used within 15 minutes, it will be canceled.
Notice:
- This area only provides teachers, staff, and students for application and use.
- If you are not available to use the booking area, you should go to the circulation desk and notify the case officer one day before the scheduled time. (Ext. 14205).
- Users are not allowed to discuss any activities irrelevant to teaching, academic research or academic discussion in the group discussion room, and please discuss quietly. Noise and other misconduct are not allowed.
- The borrower should use it during the opening hours of the library. Do not use it or exchange it with others during the period of unregistered use.
- If users who book the area are late on purpose or not show up for the booked area twice or above, their right of booking and use for the semester will be canceled.
- After use, please bring your personal belongings with you when you leave, and keep the environment clean.
- If there is a violation of the above statements and users do not follow the instructions from the librarians, the library will not only cancel their right to use the area but also stop their right of using the area for the whole semester.
- If any facilities in the booked room are damaged, the borrower must be responsible for the equivalent compensation of the items. In severe cases, the library will report to the university for disciplinary action.
- No food or drinks are allowed in this area.
