7F Study Room

 

There are 16 study rooms available for teachers and graduate students to apply for borrowing.
 
Regular hours：

  • Monday to Friday 09:00 - 21:00
  • Saturday and Sunday 09:00 - 16:30
  • Winter and summer vacations 09:00 - 16:30 (Closed for national holidays. Please read the "Important Notice" of the library website for the opening hours in the winter and summer vacations).

 
Application time：Monday to Friday 8:30 – 16:30 (Teachers)

• Teachers: For full-time teachers who implement plans of the Ministry of Science and Technology or other public and private institutions, please bring teacher's certificate to the office on the seventh floor of the library, and fill in the "Study Room Application Form of the Chinese Culture University Library.” After the librarian confirms the application qualification and completes the setting in the system, the borrowing procedure is completed. The booking of the study room can be applied for one month.

• Graduate students：

  1. Please apply by using the account number and password of the students’ area to log in to the "Study Room,” and open the door of the booked room with the student ID card.
  2. Each one can use up to 32 hours per week
  3. For those who successfully book the room, please bring the student ID card in person to apply to the study room on time.

Notice：

  1. Borrowers cannot do anything irrelevant to non-research activities in the study room
  2. When using the study room, you must keep quiet and pay attention to the environmental cleaning. Smoking, eating and other misconduct are not allowed. Do not arbitrarily change the places of indoor equipment. Offenders will immediately be stopped borrowing rights for six months
  3. If the personal items stored in the study room are lost, the library will not be liable for compensation.
  4. If the borrowing period is exceeded, and personal items or research resources are not taken out, then the items in the room will be taken out and the library will not be responsible for the storage. The borrower will be suspended the borrowing right of study room for 6 months.
  5. Users should close the doors and windows and turn off the electricity after daily use.
